Reservations & Cancellations

We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any required forms and relax in our lounge. Arriving late may reduce the time of your treatment in order to ensure the next client will not be delayed.

A Gift Certificate number or major card is required to secure a reservation for all spa services.

Please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment (48 hours for packages) in order to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments that are missed with out any notice will be charged in full. Our Therapists only get paid when they have Clients.


Maintaining our Environment


In order to maintain a peaceful environment for all our clients, we ask that cell phones be turned off while in the spa, and if using our Wi-fi, please turn volume off all electronics.  Children under 12 are not permitted in the spa at any time.
